At Bot Organic, the logistics despatch executive is responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate delivery of products, managing transportation, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Please note that this is a job description and a summary guideline, and the role would require you to perform additional functions as per the requirement of the operations team and the CEO, so it is including but not just limited to the below

Key Responsibilities Include

• Despatch Planning & Coordination: Planning daily despatch schedules, allocating vehicles, and optimizing routes to ensure cost-efficient and on-time delivery of beverages to customers and distributors.
• Documentation & Compliance: Preparing and verifying all dispatch documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans, while ensuring compliance with FSSAI and other legal requirements related to the transportation of juice products.
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Monitoring finished goods stock levels, coordinating with production and warehouse teams to avoid shortages, and ensuring proper handling, packaging, and labelling of products (e.g., temperature control for perishable items).
• Communication & Problem Solving: Serving as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, sales, and production teams to provide updates, address complaints, and resolve any issues or delays that arise during transit.
• Accurate labelling and carton compliance: Key responsibilities in this area is to ensure and check that the finished goods are correctly labelled, packed in cartons without leakages, as per exact indent provided by client. Any shortage/ variations must be immediately informed to line manager/management.
• Cleanliness of the FG area: Ensuring that the Food Safety practices are followed by all staff/workers in the FG area. Including uniforms, hygiene, jewellery policy etc.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all despatch activities, tracking shipments, and generating reports for management review.
