Trainee Officer - Formulation Packaging

Job Description

Execute daily packing activities per approved BMR/BPR
Ensure correct operation of packing machines like labelling machine, blister packing machine, Track and trace system.
Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Maintain the cleanliness of area and machines
Online completion of BPR, e-log entries.
Handling of shift manpower, proper allocation of job to contractual persons.
Verification of packing material before start of activity.
Coordinate with Warehouse for issuance and return of packing materials.
Preparation or revision of SOP and batch documents.
Ensure the timely completion of PM/AMC activities.
Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and PPE requirements.
Guide and supervise Operators during packing.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
Knowledge of sterile injectable packing processes
Good documentation and communication skills

2-3 years

Education

Graduation in Pharmacy
