Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will independently manage assigned clients and oversee accounting, compliance, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalisation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• End-to-end bookkeeping review and ledger scrutiny
• Handling of GST compliance (GSTR-1, 3B, annual returns, 2A/2B reconciliation)
• TDS calculation, payment, and quarterly filings (24Q/26Q)
• Bank reconciliation and fund monitoring
• Supervision of junior accountants
• Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis under the guidance of the Manager
• Payroll review and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT - as applicable)
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
• Strong expertise in GST, TDS, PF & ESI
• Proficiency in Tally
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions)
• Ability to manage multiple clients independently
• Strong accuracy and deadline adherence
