The Position

Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala, India
As a Patient Journey Partner ,you will be responsible for creating value across the healthcare ecosystem by partnering with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes. You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging customer insights to address unmet needs and enhance the patient journey.

The Position
Job Title: Patient Journey Partner (PJP) – Ophthalmology

As a Patient Journey Partner ,you will be responsible for creating value across the healthcare ecosystem by partnering with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes. You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging customer insights to address unmet needs and enhance the patient journey.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and customer needs
- Build trusted partnerships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders
- Drive scientific and value-based engagements while ensuring the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve patient access and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions
- Execute territory plans using customer insights, data, and agile ways of working
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal partners to deliver meaningful customer and patient outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred
- 2–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
- Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is preferred
- Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Learning agility, digital mindset, and a passion for improving patient outcomes
