The Position

Job Title: Patient Journey Partner (PJP) – Ophthalmology

Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala, India

As a Patient Journey Partner ,you will be responsible for creating value across the healthcare ecosystem by partnering with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes. You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging customer insights to address unmet needs and enhance the patient journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and customer needs
• Build trusted partnerships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders
• Drive scientific and value-based engagements while ensuring the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions
• Execute territory plans using customer insights, data, and agile ways of working
• Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal partners to deliver meaningful customer and patient outcomes
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred
• 2–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
• Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is preferred
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Learning agility, digital mindset, and a passion for improving patient outcomes
