Rebound Medical is seeking a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family medicine clinic in Lethbridge. Working alongside a collaborative team of family physicians, medical office assistants, and allied healthcare professionals, you will play an important role in supporting high-quality primary care for patients across Southern Alberta.

Position Details

Responsibilities
- Perform injections, ear irrigation and medication administration within scope of practice
- Assist physicians with minor procedures and examinations
- Conduct ECGs, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection as required
- Complete wound care, dressing changes, and follow-up nursing assessments
- Provide patient education regarding treatments, medications, and preventative health initiatives
- Manage recalls, referrals, and chronic disease follow-up programs
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Med Access EMR system
- Adhere to infection prevention, privacy, and clinic policies
- Support and assist MOAs with daily patient care
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Current CPR certification
- Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, community health, or outpatient settings considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
