Job Summary

As a Security Officer with our patrolling company, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' premises and assets. You will be responsible for conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, and enforcing security procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to act swiftly and decisively in emergency situations.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activity
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary
• Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain order and safety on the premises
• Report any security incidents, hazards, or breaches to appropriate authorities
• Provide assistance and support to clients and visitors as needed
• Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as required
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement is preferred
• Proven experience in security or related field, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
• Excellent observation and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
