Marketing Assistant/Manager

I run two US-based businesses and need a hands-on marketing assistant to manage day-to-day execution for

Clean Up and Cash In (CUACI) — an online course teaching people how to start their own cleaning business. I'm hiring a growth marketing manager to own the entire CUACI marketing funnel end-to-end. This is a separate business from my cleaning company, which has its own marketing support — this role is 100% focused on CUACI. This is NOT a role where I teach you the tools. I need someone who already knows Meta Ads, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, and email /SMS marketing well enough to build, troubleshoot, and scale independently, and who can look at performance data and tell me what to change. I'll teach you the business, the offers, the audience, and the brand voice, not the platforms. The business has been active for only 1 month. The goal is a minimum of 15 sales/day on our $47 Launch Kit, plus 3–4 sales/month on our $497 Course. You will own the strategy and execution to hit this number, not just report on it. Strong performance here opens the door to a larger role managing marketing across more of my businesses over time with increased salary. The first 30 days run at 30 hrs/week so we can both confirm fit before moving to full-time (35–40 hrs/week). Given the scope of this role, active campaign management, sequence-building, and daily analytics review, this is a full-time position once ramped up, not a part-time one.

Some overlap with US Eastern Time required for a weekly check-in call. Start: Immediately. 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for a real budget, with a track record of hitting sales/lead targets (please share specific examples/results)

Demonstrated experience writing and managing email /SMS sequences, including abandoned cart recovery, for a direct-response or course/coaching business

Demonstrated GoHighLevel experience — building/editing funnels and automations

Comfortable reading analytics independently and making strategic recommendations, not just executing instructions

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) as part of daily workflow

Strong written English matching a US audience (aspiring entrepreneurs, direct-response tone)

Available for meaningful US Eastern Time overlap for a weekly call. Required to apply: Specific Meta/Google Ads campaigns you've managed — budget size, sales/lead results, and one tracking issue you personally diagnosed and fixed
