Experience: 5+ Years overall, with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM module

Key Skills:

• ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
• Project, Portfolio, Demand & Resource Management modules
• Scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
• Integrations, Workflows, and ServiceNow Platform customization
• Agile/Scrum exposure preferred
