Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication and liaison with law enforcement authorities and external legal counsels within defined turnaround times.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth information flow and resolution of issues.
- Maintain, analyze, and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of files and complaint details through consistent follow-ups.
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet or exceed turnaround time expectations.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Conduct training sessions and awareness programs related to vigilance activities.
- Identify and investigate instances of fraud, misconduct, corruption, and other employee-related malpractices.
- Perform surprise checks and inspections to uphold organizational standards and detect irregularities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.
- Professional experience, preferably in roles involving vigilance, compliance, legal liaison, or internal investigations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with law enforcement and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MIS reporting and data interpretation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Experience in vendor management and conducting training programs is a plus.
