Zonal Investment Counsellor - Delhi

Role

Zonal Investment Counsellor is a specialist role who will partner with the sales team to upgrade and leverage business from the key customer segments. Some of the important deliverables for the role are as follows:

• Product specialist for each zone – one stop for all product related pitches and queries
• Fill in for Fund Managers as and when required in interactions with Distribution / partners
• Adopt the top relationships in each zone for detailed insights and performance management
• Enhance team knowledge through repeated engagements and gamification of information
• Provide Investment Advise-Offer tailored investment strategies based on customers financial goals, risk tolerance and market conditions. Products include MF with focus on PMS,AIF’s and Passives.
• Support Business Development-Identify opportunities to expand alternatives & passives strategies.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams-work with analytics and relationship managers, channel heads to deliver holistic solutions.
• Conduct Training Sessions and Huddles for internal Sales Teams and distributors to upgrade knowledge on products.
• Product Pitching -Develop and implement a common pitch for specific products, ensuring consistent communication across the zone.
• Market Intelligence-Gather feedback on competitor products, positioning and market trends to inform the investment team.
