Job Description & Responsibilities

Supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth production Manage production planning and ensure targets are achieved on time Monitor workers’ performance and maintain discipline on the factory floor Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams Ensure proper utilization of machinery, manpower, and raw materials Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies Monitor product quality and resolve production issues quickly Maintain production records, reports, and inventory updates Ensure timely maintenance of machines and minimize downtime Communicate with management regarding production progress and operational challenges
