Job Description

Responsible for Handling of Receipts and Dispensing activities of Raw materials and Packing materials and QMS activities

• Responsible for:
  
  

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Monitoring all the activities of Receipt, Storage and issuing of Raw /Packing Materials
• Handling rejected materials as per SOP
• Commercial documents, statutory and records
• Monitoring RGPs and co-ordinate for receipt and RGP closure on time
• Coordinate with cross functions teams for uninterrupted material supplies
• Raising purchase Requisition for material required
• Responsible for GMP compliance and audit compliance
• Documentation
• Practices
• Training
• Ensuring to follow SOPs
• Continuous improvement in Quality system
• Responsible for man and materials Safety
• Safe working condition and clean environmental practices.
• Usage of PPE by all the team members.
• Identify and control unsafe acts and conditions with CAPA.
• Safe training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
• Report any incident/accident /near miss/illness to the superiors.
• Continues improvement in safety systems.
• Responsible for preparation of MIS Reports and Monthly statements.
• Responsible to lead the team in the absence of Superior.
• Any other activities/tasks assigned by the Manager.
