About The Role

ATMS & CO LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2-4 years of experience working exclusively in a CA firm. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain bank updates.
• Pass journal entries in Tally.
• Process and manage online payments.
• Maintain and monitor cost centers.
• Assist in account finalization.
• Prepare MIS reports and accounting schedules.
• Use advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial record maintenance.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience as an Accountant in a CA firm (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tally.
• Proficiency in bank reconciliation and account finalization.
• Good understanding of cost center accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, INDEX-MATCH, etc.).
