Lead equity, activations and innovations for the snacking portfolio in the India business Develop and execute category strategy for entry into new spaces Craft the marketing mix across all 6Ps – Product, Packaging, Proposition, Price, Promotion and Place

The role
What You'll Be Responsible For

We're Looking For Someone Who
- MBA from a Tier 1 Business School
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience with at least 2 years each in sales and marketing.
- Strong Project Management skills. Experience in a leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects. Understands customers and shoppers.
- Has an experience in the development and launch of consumer and shopper-relevant innovations and relaunches.
- The candidate should display a very high Bias for action, a global mindset, consumer centricity & project management skills.
