Executive - Operations Excellence

We are seeking a highly driven Operations Excellence Executive to own initiatives that improve center performance, operational efficiency, and scalability. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with field teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Analyze operational and business data to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and convert insights into high-impact improvement initiatives.

Partner with field teams through regular center visits to understand operational challenges, support implementation, remove execution bottlenecks, and ensure sustained adoption of new processes.

Design and standardize SOPs, playbooks, governance mechanisms, and operating frameworks that enable consistent execution across the network.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Excellence, Strategy, Program Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from problem identification through execution and impact measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and business reporting tools is preferred.
