Design Engineer – Glazing (CATIA)

• Design windshield, front/rear door glass, quarter glass, back glass, and roof glass.
• Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings in CATIA.
• Perform packaging studies and check clearances with adjacent parts.
• Develop sealing concepts and interfaces with body structures.
• Ensure compliance with styling, safety, manufacturability, cost, and weight targets.
• Participate in design reviews and engineering change management (ECN/ECR).
• Coordinate with CAE, manufacturing, suppliers, and quality teams.
• Release CAD data and BOM through PLM systems.
