We’ll look to you for:
- Owning and managing the configuration and design change management work package for projects.
- Optimizing maintenance plans by leveraging R&D developments and advanced methodologies like CBM and RCM.
- Analyzing technical performance and setting up improvement plans with clear KPIs and actions.
- Detecting, defining, and implementing product modifications to improve reliability and serviceability.
- Supporting the Product Safety Management System to mitigate safety risks effectively.
- Developing and reporting on LCC models and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Managing technical and operational quality to improve project execution.
- Leading design reviews and providing customers with detailed technical updates and risk assessments.
- Collaborating with partners and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes.
- Escalating critical resource or delivery risks to relevant leadership teams.

- A university degree in Railway Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in railways systems or application engineering.
- Knowledge of rolling stock equipment and large-scale projects (over 100,000 hours).
- Experience in product development or management positions (minimum 5 years).
- Understanding of rolling stock maintenance (desirable).
- Familiarity with safety management systems and safety risk assessments (desirable).
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and BI/BO tools (desirable).
- Leadership qualities: inclusive, agile, and responsible.
- Skills in project planning, budget management, and team management.
- Technical expertise in maintenance engineering, system integration, and technical documentation.
