Flying Doctor :

•Daily Monitor the open Repair Order status.

•All the 3M issues need to visit dealer and confirm the failure mode and inform to plant team for quick action.

•High-cost part and Major issues of Engine and TM live case joint study with TAFSM for quick resolution to market.

•Analysis daily claims from field and update the status to team.

•Major issues JI with INQC team and improvement follow-up up to field action.

•Follow up the 3M NG part need to collect from dealer and send to plant for further action follow-up.

DPAC Warranty :

•DPAC part list monitor and JI with AS team for issue confirmation.

•NTF, Wrong claim and damage part need to follow for dealer debit.

•NG part info to KIN QA team for further action follow-up.

•Coordinating weekly meeting with QA & AS team.

Service Action :

•Ensure released TIB & TSB following by dealer to avoid the wrong diagnosis and claims.

•Training and education to dealer for vehicle level diagnosis.
