Job Responsibilities:**

Proactively identify and acquire new clients within the Credit Saison region through various channels, including referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and personalized service.
Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for clients, understanding their short-term and long-term objectives.
Present and explain a range of financial products and services, such as loans, investments, insurance, and other banking solutions, that align with client needs.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and adhere to all company policies and compliance procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and credit departments, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Job Qualifications:**

Intermediate & Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, relationship management, or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of financial products and services.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Residing in or willing to commute to the area.
