US Tax Form 990 - Associate Manager/ Manager / Reviewer

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM / 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Description:

• Prepare and review US Exempt Organization tax returns, including Forms 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, and 990-T.
• Review Form 990 sections, schedules, UBIT calculations, and compliance requirements.
• Review financial statements, trial balances, workpapers, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and IRS compliance.
• Identify tax issues, resolve technical queries, and ensure timely delivery of engagements.
• Coordinate with US teams and clients to obtain required information and address review comments.
• Manage multiple engagements, monitor deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
• Mentor and review the work of junior team members, providing technical guidance and feedback.
• Stay updated with IRS regulations and tax law changes impacting exempt organizations.
• Coordinate with the India & US teams to ensure smooth engagement delivery.
