We're Hiring | Safety Manager / HSE Specialist – Pharmaceutical Industry

We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients, a leading organization, for an experienced Safety Manager / HSE Specialist to drive safety excellence at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 15–22 Years

CTC: ₹20–25 LPA (Flexible for the right candidate)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering

Master's in Industrial Safety / PDIS / ADIS or equivalent

Extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Strong expertise in Safety Management Systems (SMS)

Hands-on experience with PTW, HIRA, Safety Audits, Risk Assessment, and Safety Culture initiatives

Experience in KPI monitoring, compliance, and technical safety training

Immediate joiners preferred

What You'll Do:

• Lead the implementation and auditing of Safety Management Systems (SMS)
• Drive safety culture improvement initiatives
• Conduct field audits and safety assessments
• Guide cross-functional teams on safety standards and compliance
• Monitor safety KPIs and prepare management reports
• Deliver technical safety training and awareness programs
