Specialist Assistant Manager - Web Developer - Brand, Marketing and Communication

Summary

Position Summary

We are looking for a full-stack web developer who can turn UI/UX designs into production code, build reusable components, and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security. The role requires strong collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders, plus experience with Agile delivery, front-end best practices, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will also bring leadership, project management, and mentoring skills to keep delivery on track.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Web Developer on the Brand, Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for…

• Develop reusable front-end code and libraries for future use.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and design concepts into production-ready code.
• Validate technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance using techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting.
• Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, team members, and stakeholders to improve usability.
• Maintain high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
• Apply modern front-end technologies, best practices, architecture patterns, and security guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in UX/UI principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Anticipate industry trends and future technology or skill requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, scope, and quality delivery.
• Provide strong leadership, team management, training, and mentorship to junior team members.

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field
• 6-8 years of experience in front-end development
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in front-end and D3.js development roles
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries including Node.js, React.js, and AngularJS
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, Jenkins, Docker, and Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience with front-end test automation, data visualization tools, and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Experience translating UI/UX wireframes and design concepts into production-ready code
• Experience optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and performance
• Experience applying front-end architecture patterns and security guidelines
• Experience managing project timelines, resource allocation, scope, and quality delivery
• Experience mentoring junior team members
