We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive / Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales and marketing. The role involves generating leads, assisting clients with property requirements, conducting site visits, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline marketing channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and property owners.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until deal closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or company systems.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
