AEP/AJO Developer

Key Skills: Adobe Experience Platform(AEP), Ad Sales, Data Modelling

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to the end-to-end design and implementation of the Adobe-powered marketing ecosystem.
• Enable customer identity resolution, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and offer decisioning using AEP and associated modules.
• Integrate AEP with external systems, data lakes, CRMs, and web/mobile platforms using APIs, batch data flows, and SDKs.
• Design and execute data migration strategies from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Adobe stack.
• Develop custom Java-based microservices/integrations to bridge business processes and Martech stack.
• Support quality assurance including automated test planning, functional testing, and platform validation for Adobe stack components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to privacy, compliance, and consent management requirements.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and at least 2+ modules among:RTCDP (Real-Time CDP)
• CJA (Customer Journey Analytics)
• AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer)
• ODE (Offer Decisioning Engine)
• Deep understanding of XDM schema, identity stitching, data ingestion (batch/streaming), and source/destination connectors.
• Proficiency in Java and REST APIs for system integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus (for transition mapping).
• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Edge Network, Tags, Web/Mobile SDKs, and Event Forwarding.
• Familiarity with data modeling, data governance, consent/privacy management.
• Experience in automated testing tools, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills in agile delivery environments.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
