Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to independently manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles. This is an individual contributor role suited to someone who is a strong, hands-on sourcer, comfortable owning requisitions independently, and who brings creative, non-traditional approaches to finding talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

IT / Technology Recruitment

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology positions — from intake briefing with hiring managers through offer closure and onboarding handoff, reporting to TA Manager.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill technology roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, market mapping, and hiring strategy for each requisition.
• Manage offer negotiations, competing offer scenarios, and candidate experience through the hiring process.
  
  

Sourcing & Channel Innovation

• Demonstrate strong, independent sourcing capability across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, and niche technical forums.
• Explore and pilot new and non-traditional sourcing channels (developer communities, hackathons, open-source contributor networks, social/technical content platforms, etc.) to build differentiated talent pipelines.
• Bring innovative thinking to recruitment marketing and employer branding activities that support pipeline building.
  
  

Stakeholder & Process Management

• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing a portfolio of open requisitions with strong ownership and prioritization.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability insights, and realistic hiring timelines.
• Maintain hygiene of ATS/recruitment data, ensure compliance with hiring processes, and contribute to recruitment reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the broader TA team and share sourcing techniques, market insights, and best practices.
  
  

Campus Hiring

• Plan and execute campus hiring/Early career hiring across target engineering and management institutes.
• Build and maintain relationships with campus placement cells, faculty, and student bodies.
• Track and report early career hiring funnel metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of the campus engagement strategy.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 6–10 years of total recruitment experience, with a significant portion in IT/technology recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience managing campus hiring programs (planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination).
• Strong, proven sourcing skills across multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and niche communities.
• Track record of working independently and owning requisitions with minimal hand-holding.
• Experience recruiting for a mix of technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data, cloud, embedded, or similar) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PG in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics/reporting.
