GM - HR

• Responsible for leading HR for MVI factory, Vadodara
• It is a large-scale factory in terms of both business volume and employee population, with ongoing expansion projects that will further increase its scope and complexity in the coming years.
• The expectation for the successful candidate is to lead all key people priorities, aligned with the global agenda around Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, employee engagement, talent development and succession pipeline management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and related initiatives.
• The role will also be responsible for managing industrial relations, as the factory has unionized blue-collar employees.
• Beyond this, we are looking for someone who can be a strong partner within both the ETO HR community and the wider India HR team, while effectively navigating the pace of change and evolving dynamics of the ETO manufacturing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management is important, but equally critical is HR proximity, a structured and proactive approach, and the ability to translate business needs into clear action plans timely
• Overall, we are looking for someone who demonstrates speed, ownership, agility, and solid HR expertise
