About the Role
We are looking for motivated and results-oriented TA executives to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 years of experience who are passionate about hiring and building exceptional talent pipelines. Depending on your experience level, you will either support or independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions (based on experience level).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support offer rollout, salary discussions, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS updates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Post job openings across various recruitment platforms.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends, sourcing techniques, and talent market insights.
- Support employer branding initiatives, employee referral programs, and campus hiring activities.
Required Skills
- TA executive: 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar job portals.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant HR or recruitment internships are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience are welcome.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for IT, Engineering, Product, or Corporate roles.
- Exposure to startup or high-growth hiring environments.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
