Senior Technical Lead / Technical Architect

The Gig:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead / Technical Architect to join our team. The role involves driving architecture decisions, designing scalable and secure solutions, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

About You:

• Good software engineering concepts and experience.
• 10+ years of experience into software development.
• Good technical architecture and system design concepts and experience.
• Practical experience of 1 cloud platform (preferably AWS).
• Practical experience of AI based solution development (API APIs, agentic AI development).
• Ability to manage and mentor team members.
• Ability to communicate well (verbal and written) with senior stakeholders of the organization
  
  

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and drive scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define technical architecture and system design standards, ensuring best practices across projects.
• Lead the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions, preferably on AWS.
• Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions leveraging APIs, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, identify technical risks, and recommend improvements to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and incorporating them into the organization's technology roadmap.
