Planning Lead

Planning Lead with a B.Tech or Diploma (preferably in Electrical Engineering) and over minimum 4 years of experience in planning and project controls. The role involves handling client billing, cost management, and financial progress tracking, ensuring that project performance is aligned with budgets and schedules. Coordination and communication with clients and internal teams are essential to maintain smooth project execution and clear understanding of deliverables.

The professional is also responsible for preparing Job Cost Reports and MIS reports, which help in tracking project performance and supporting management decisions. Experience in contract and claims management helps in handling project variations, delays, and additional costs effectively while ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

Additionally, familiarity with risk identification and mitigation, budget estimation, scheduling (Primavera P6) etc is preferable.
