Architect - GenAI/VA Tech Lead

Overview

A ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enable enterprise service management and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through analysis, design, and development
• Develop and configure ServiceNow components (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, workflows, catalog items)
• Build integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform testing, validation, and deployment across environments ensuring solution quality
• Contribute to platform upgrades, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business value
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong development experience in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web technologies
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (NowAssist, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, etc.)
• Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog development
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and agile delivery methodologies
• Integration design and enterprise system experience
