About the Role:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience performing work developing, configuring and implementing Salesforce

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience performing work designing, developing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Direct experience building Salesforce-based custom applications to meet specific business needs.
• Direct experience building public-facing data collection forms using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Data Conversion Experience: Proven ability to extract data from other applications/platforms, convert it into Salesforce-compliant data structures, and reliably inject that data into Salesforce.
• DevOps Experience: Proven ability to effectively manage feature/code development in Salesforce and reliability promote that code through the environment chain (DEV>QAT>PRD).
• Proven quality hands-on delivery of Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Flows, and custom Apex coding.
• Proven ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
• Experience delivering quality technical outcomes in an Agile project management environment.
• Experience with creating, managing, debugging APEX triggers and use of SOQL queries.
• Experience driving the resolution of identified data and processing issues.
• Some experience integrating Salesforce with both internal and external partner systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce security models – especially around the shift toward leveraging permission sets instead of profiles for user authorization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  
  

Certifications (at least)

• Salesforce ADM201
• PD1 Certification required
• Any one of the many Salesforce “Developer” certifications
  
  

Value Add Skills (helpful But Not Required)

• Direct experience working with Microsoft Access data.
• Ability to mentor junior developers including the client’s technical staff.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce platforms and products.
• Experience with third party integration platforms that can interface with Salesforce.
• Experience with cloud computing infrastructures and processing models (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce, et al)
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
