Role Overview

Seeking a passionate and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on recruitment experience, be comfortable working in a target-driven environment, and possess strong expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Meet recruitment targets and closure timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

Qualifications / Requirements

• 1–6 years of recruitment experience (Consultancy experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Well-versed with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
