Head Architect - Master Planning

Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level Head – Architecture & Design to lead architectural and design coordination for luxury township and real estate developments. The role involves close collaboration with international design consultants, ensuring design intent is translated accurately into detailed drawings and executed flawlessly on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and design management for township and luxury real estate developments from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with international architects, master planners, and design consultants to align design intent with project requirements.
• Oversee preparation, review, and finalization of detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Ensure design detailing is practical, coordinated, and executable at site level.
• Work closely with project, engineering, and site execution teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Conduct regular site reviews to verify adherence to design standards, quality benchmarks, and timelines.
• Resolve design and execution challenges through effective cross-functional coordination.
• Establish design standards, detailing protocols, and review mechanisms across projects.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless coordination.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and project specifications.
• Guide and mentor internal architecture and design teams.
• Prepared working and sale drawings for ongoing projects

Job Expectations

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role handling multi-location sales teams
• Experience working with international architects and global design consultants.
• Strong expertise in architectural detailing, working drawings, and site execution coordination.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale projects from design development to completion.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate conceptual design into executable solutions.
• Strong site execution understanding and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience in luxury townships or high-end residential developments.
• Exposure to hospitality or mixed-use developments is an advantage.

Minimum Qualification

Degree or Master’s in Architecture or relevant discipline.

15+ years of experience in architecture and design management for luxury residential, township, or mixed-use developments.
