Platform Delivery Programme Manager
As a Platform Delivery Program Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the Product Program in India, reporting to the Program Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of program governance, reporting and agile ceremonies.
Day-to-day, you’ll be working closely with the Product Managers, Business Analysts, Tech Leads and Developers, to document risks, track progress, and keep delivery visible. You will support Program ceremonies, prepare reporting packs, and maintain key artefacts in JIRA, Confluence and Azure DevOps. Success means programmes run smoothly, platform risks are actively managed, operational issues are resolved quickly, and platform transition activities are executed successfully.

What the job involvesOwn and drive end-of-life (EOL) delivery programs for strategic platforms, ensuring operational stability, risk mitigation, and continuity throughout transition phases:
· Coordinate and manage remediation of platform vulnerabilities and recurring high-priority production issues in close partnership with Engineering, Information Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
· Oversee incident management and production defect triage processes, ensuring timely resolution, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and regular stakeholder communication.
· Support governance and reporting for platform health, including defect trends, vulnerability closure progress, SLA adherence, and operational risk indicators.
· Develop and maintain cutover plans to support migration from legacy applications to new platforms with minimal business disruption.
Support governance and operational management of product and platform initiatives:
· Maintain RAID logs, dependency maps, delivery documentation, and governance artefacts.
· Facilitate agile ceremonies and support Planning across multiple teams, acting as Scrum Master where required.
· Build dashboards and reporting in JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to provide delivery and operational visibility.
· Support financial tracking, resource planning, capacity management, and program-level reporting.
· Identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery issues with clear mitigation plans.
· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and coordination, including test readiness, stakeholder alignment and availability, defect tracking, go-live preparation, and deployment support.
· Partner closely with Product Managers to ensure platform stabilisation, technical debt reduction, and operational improvement activities align with strategic objectives.
· Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders through status reporting, escalation management, risk reviews, delivery reporting, and executive-ready updates.
· Drive continuous improvement of tooling, reporting standards, governance processes, and delivery practices.
Requirements
· Experience: 5-8 years in PMO, Program Support, or Project Management / Analyst roles within complex delivery environments.
· 5–8 years experience in PMO, Program Support, Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Program Analyst roles within complex delivery environments.
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
· Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Product Discovery, and Azure DevOps.
· Experience managing RAID items, dependencies, delivery reporting, dashboards, and executive communications.
· Experience supporting production platforms, incident management, defect remediation, vulnerability management, and operational governance.
· Experience coordinating UAT, release readiness, and production deployments.
Strong analytical, organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
· Experience supporting platform migration, application modernisation, or transition initiatives is desirable.
Nice to HaveIt would be advantageous if you had some of the following:
· Familiarity with scaled agile ceremonies (e.g. “PI” Planning).
· Proficiency in PowerPoint and visual communication.
· Strong understanding of WBS and how they link to Business Outcomes.
· Knowledge of financial tracking across development teams.
· Understanding of working within a Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
· Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to hold others accountable to quality and precision.
· Experience supporting distributed teams across time zones.
· Personal skills: team-oriented, proactive, analytical, and comfortable working with both detail and big-picture context.
· Exposure to Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) and Human-Centred Design (HCD).
· Industry experience in Financial Services, Benchmarking, or Data Analytics.
· Experience with visual reporting / dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
· Exposure to executive-level reporting and presentations.
