The Oracle Procurement Associate supports procurement and purchasing operations using Oracle ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement). The role involves managing procurement transactions, supplier data, purchase orders, requisitions, approvals, inventory, and resolving operational issues while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and business requirements.

The Oracle Procurement Associate supports procurement and purchasing operations using Oracle ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement). The role involves managing procurement transactions, supplier data, purchase orders, requisitions, approvals, inventory, and resolving operational issues while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and business requirements.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Support creation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, cancelations, and closures
- Monitor procurement workflows and approval processes.
- Support sourcing, supplier onboarding/maintenance, and procurement operations.
- Resolve procurement-related system and business issues.
- Build/maintain reporting activities.
- Support Procurement enhancements, testing, and system deployments.
- Support Oracle quarterly updates/CWBs/maintenance and regression testing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement operations or Oracle ERP support.
- Experience supporting Oracle Procurement implementations or production environments is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Procurement Cloud modules: - Purchasing (PO)
- Self-Service Procurement (SSP)
- Supplier Management
- Sourcing
- Contracts
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Knowledge of procurement policies, vendor management, and purchasing controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SQL and reporting skills
- ERP Security – general knowledge
- ERP accounting – general knowledge
- JIRA or other ticketing system
