Strong Portfolio Should Show

• Brand systems (not just logos).

• Campaign thinking with measurable impact.

• Systems thinking, not one-off visuals.

• High-quality consumer brand work.

Responsibilities

• Brand Leadership – Own and elevate Snapmint’s end-to-end visual identity across all online and offline touchpoints.

• Campaign & Growth Creative – Lead high-performing creative for launches, campaigns, sales moments, and growth initiatives that improve CTR, engagement, and conversions across digital channels.

• Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product, CRM, Content, Growth, and Business teams to build one consistent Snapmint experience across app, marketing, and communications.

• Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and grow the design team while raising standards for quality, speed, ownership, originality, and creative culture.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in brand / visual design.

• Strong experience building modern consumer brands, ideally digital-first.

• Proven experience leading and mentoring designers.

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and digital-first execution.

• Experience in startup, consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth brands preferred
