- Starting pay: $30+/hour, based on experience

- Lead and support Field Service Technicians during service, maintenance, and repair work.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and follows company and customer requirements.
- Assign daily tasks and help coordinate workloads for team members.
- Provide technical guidance and assist with complex troubleshooting and repairs.
- Complete and maintain accurate service reports, work orders, and maintenance records.
- Communicate project updates, issues, and solutions with customers, supervisors, and plant personnel.
- Promote a strong safety culture and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Train, coach, and mentor technicians to support skill development and performance.
- Travel to customer sites as needed.
- Supervise Technician I, II, and III team members.
- Train employees and support their professional development.
- Plan, assign, and direct work activities.

- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical systems.

- Ability to work independently and lead a team in the field.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
