Mattel is seeking an Intune Engineer to support the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Intune environment in a global enterprise.

You'll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft Intune to deliver modern endpoint management for Windows devices. Working alongside the SCCM, JAMF, Mobile Device Management, Endpoint Engineering, and User Experience Engineering teams, you'll help provide a secure, reliable, and consistent endpoint experience for employees worldwide.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not a desktop support position.

Endpoint Engineering

• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune.
• Deploy and manage Windows applications.
• Configure compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security settings.
• Support Windows Autopilot and device provisioning.
• Manage Windows Update for Business and feature update deployments.
  
  

Platform Administration

• Monitor platform health, compliance, and deployment success.
• Troubleshoot complex Intune and endpoint management issues.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation and engineering standards.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with SCCM, JAMF, and MDM engineers to deliver a seamless endpoint experience.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot programs, and production deployments.
• Support major incident response and continuous platform improvements.
  
  

Required

• Experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and Application Deployment.
• Experience with Windows Update for Business.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
• Experience supporting co-managed environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API or endpoint automation.
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
