About The Role

We are looking for a disciplined Accountant to manage daily financial operations, GST compliance, and inventory-linked accounting for our spare parts business.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses)
• GST invoicing, filing, and reconciliation
• Vendor payment tracking and follow-ups
• Receivables management
• Inventory value tracking with warehouse coordination
• Basic MIS reporting for management
  
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of Tally / Busy / Zoho Books
• GST compliance knowledge (mandatory)
• Comfortable working with inventory and stock data
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in trading / spare parts / warehouse business
• Good Excel skills
