Dear Candidate ,

We are looking to hire Talented FEMALE Technical Trainers (JAVA, PHP, Dot Net, Python) to provide the training located at Zirakpur, Chandigarh Location. You should be willing to learn new technologies and teach to the students.

We require Technical trainers who have a good command on any technology like Python, DOT NET, PHP Frameworks, Web Designing, Mobile Application Development, JAVA, Android, Networking, Digital marketing, SEO & SMO.

Conducting technical training for fresher & experienced resources.

Developing, understanding and implementing different methods of measuring the effectiveness of training programs

Delivering lectures & Conducting online lab sessions

Coordinate with different teams regarding TNA(Training Need Analysis)

Revising technical training programs according to organizational requirements

Observe and evaluate the results of training programs

Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Good communication and presentation skills

Train new hired employees on specific technologies used in the company

Conduct periodical evaluations on trainees’ activity and make recommendations

Work closely with project managers, mentors, team leaders and HR Buddies in order to ensure trainees’ fast progress

Organize webinars on different technical topics dedicated to all employees

Document the training process and update it continuously

Manage the training programs for different technologies and career paths

Maintain the training knowledge database with the latest materials

Participate in special training projects, as required
