Shuttle Driver

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for customers while supporting daily operations across the workshop. This role ensures a high level of customer service, maintains organisation and cleanliness, and assists various departments to keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all MW policies, procedures, and checklists.
• Support the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
• Provide safe and reliable shuttle service while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the shuttle vehicles are clean, maintained, and fueled at all times.
• Assist the Service Department as needed.
• Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and vendor items.
• Perform bank deposits and other administrative errands.
• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, groceries, and miscellaneous items; manage company-branded materials, including business cards, name tags, nameplates, and employee swag.
• Coordinate weekly lunch orders and pickups
• Organize Team celebrations such as birthdays, employee anniversaries and team lunches.
• Assist with the setup and coordination of company events and meetings.
• Assist management with miscellaneous tasks and errands as required.
• Take on additional duties to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  
  

Experience, Education, And Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Driver’s License without multiple infractions.
• Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle – bonus.
• Effective Computer skills.
