We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President - Specialised Financial Reporting Expert (Capital & RWA(Risk Weighted Assets))

Purpose Of Role

We’re hiring a Vice President to lead delivery and continuous improvement of Group regulatory reporting across Capital and Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA). You’ll be accountable for accurate, complete, and timely submissions including COREP, PRA101, Pillar 2 and Pillar 3, while strengthening a sustainable control environment.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Own BAU delivery of Group PRA/EBA capital and RWA regulatory reporting and related internal MI.
  • Remediate and prevent issues identified through BAU, internal audit and regulatory reviews (including s166 themes) by enhancing controls, documentation and evidence standards.
  • Drive automation and process optimisation to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
  • Lead requirements, solution review (operating model/controls), UAT and parallel runs for reporting tooling (including the PMA tool) and support impact assessments/QIS activities.
  • Partner with Regulatory Policy, Finance Change, Risk and Controls teams; ensure issues are appropriately escalated, tracked and closed (e.g., in Helios).
  • Manage and develop a team, setting quality standards, coaching colleagues, and ensuring consistent delivery.

To Be Successful You Will

  • Qualified CA/ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with 12+ years of experience including team leadership; strong experience in capital/RWA regulatory reporting (COREP/PRA101/Pillar 3).
  • Strong controls and governance mindset (audit-ready evidence, SOX-style discipline), with proven remediation delivery.
  • Excellent analytical skills (large datasets), advanced Excel; automation/BI/SQL skills advantageous.
  • Confident stakeholder management, clear communication, and proven people leadership experience.
