Job Description

Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR)
Manage room inventory, pricing strategies, and rate positioning across all distribution channels in coordination with the sales and marketing teams
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasting to inform strategic pricing decisions and revenue optimization initiatives
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights
Oversee the coordination between front office, reservations, and sales departments to ensure seamless revenue operations and guest satisfaction
Monitor and optimize group bookings, corporate rates, and special packages to maximize revenue while maintaining brand standards
Assist in the development and execution of annual budgets and financial forecasts for the revenue department
Train and mentor revenue team members on best practices, systems, and procedures to ensure consistent performance and professional development
Ensure compliance with company policies, revenue management systems, and hospitality industry standards
Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in revenue management, hotel operations, or hospitality management
Proven expertise in revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
Demonstrated experience with hotel distribution channels and online travel agencies (OTAs)
Excellent analytical and financial forecasting skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards, pricing strategies, and market dynamics
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to senior management
