Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and curious Data Scientist to extract insights from large datasets and build data-driven solutions. The role involves applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to solve complex business problems and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured data to derive actionable insights
Build, train, and deploy machine learning models
Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define data problems
Develop predictive and descriptive models for forecasting and optimization
Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
Stay updated with latest data science techniques and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python or R
Experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
Experience with SQL and data querying
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Experience handling large datasets and data pipelines
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis
Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
