Job Description

Prepare and monitor part-to-part and equipment schedules.
Organize GF meetings and track deliverables. Define and validate technical solutions with Development team.
Deploy and monitor QCDP objectives and forecasts. Track milestone achievements and initiate task forces.
Deploy QCDP objectives during design and supplier allocation. Oversee series product design evolution and documentation management.
Ensure feasibility of digitizations, CAD/CAM data exchange, and BOM accuracy. Deliver compliant technical documentation
Conduct geometric variation analysis, material data sheets, and compliance matrices. Support sourcing execution, validation, and cost-saving initiatives.
Resolve LUP/Q-Base queries and ensure vehicle application. Coordinate ANPQP expectations and monitor intermediate milestones.
Validate supplier deliverables and ensure compliance with standards. Define prototype representativeness and delivery compliance.
Provide input data and contractualize schedules with suppliers. Ensure convergence of PSW expectations and supplier deliverables.
Validate purchased-out part results and document ANPQP monitoring. Manage supplier coordination files, dashboards, and issue resolution.
Assist PSW approvals with SQF. Define and monitor validation plans in company system Integrate regulatory requirements and manage risk clearance plans.
Monitor quality indicators, warranty returns, and customer quality issues. Ensure knowledge capitalization files and QC Story analyses are submitted at milestones.
Coordinate safety risk identification and clearance with Validation leaders. Ensure start-up readiness and AVES compliance.
Monitor modification chains during serial life with Industrialisation Leaders.
Support after-sales solutions and definitive series solutions.

Key Requirements

Ability to drive Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance (QCDP) objectives across LCV Serial Life projects.
Able to manage development, validation, and industrialisation of components and systems during series production.
Ensure compliance with Company standards, European Directive EU2001/95/EC, and industrial context requirements.
Support convergence of technical solutions, supplier deliverables, and modification management throughout serial life.

Technical knowledge

Plastics, decorative parts manufacturing process including injection molding, and assembly feasibility.
Ergonomics, comfort validation, safety anchorage, and compliance with crash regulations.
Plastic / Trims parts material selection, Cost for each material type, Design guidelines, DFM & DFA.
Integration of airbags, seatbelt systems, and child restraint anchorage within trims.
