Mission of the Role

The mission of the Metals & Minerals department is to ISO 17020/17025 Knowledge, NABL & EIC audit & documentation and involvement in all HSE activities.

The Lab Head will have the responsibility to Strengthen Bhubaneswar Mineral Lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Lab. Activities
• Identify Technical lacunas and proper documentation
• Be accountable for lab.
• Activities and 100% assurance of HSE implementation with proper documentation.
• Bring leadership support to Local Technical Team
• Negotiate and Implement
• Oversee
• Maximize Proper documentations before NABL & EIC audit
• Drive 100% HSE Implementation
  
  

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

• Master in Sciences and Technology
• Sound experience in technology (10 years of experience in technology companies)
• Solid People Management experience
• Strong background in project management and innovation
• Experience in marketing and sales
• International and global exposure
