Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Role Objective

To drive the visual identity of Wishtree Technologies by crafting compelling digital assets. This role requires a versatile creator who can design high-quality static images, bring them to life through animation, and seamlessly transition into full-scale video editing for our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Static Imagery)

• Design clean, professional marketing collateral including social media creatives, digital banners, and infographics.
• Ensure all visual assets adhere strictly to corporate brand guidelines.
• Develop layout compositions and typography that effectively communicate complex B2B technology concepts.
  
  

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Animate static designs and create kinetic typography to enhance visual storytelling.
• Develop engaging motion sequences that serve as a bridge between static graphics and dynamic video content.
  
  

Video Production & Editing

• Process and edit raw footage into polished deliverables tailored for LinkedIn, YouTube, and corporate presentations.
• Execute seamless visual workflows that transition from static images to animations, and finally into full video sequences within a single project.
• Perform color grading, audio mixing, and sound design to maintain high production value.
• Optimize aspect ratios, pacing, and formatting according to specific digital platform requirements.
  
  

Technical Proficiency

• Design & Layout: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma is a bonus.
• Animation & Core Video Editing: Deep expertise in industry standards like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Experience with DaVinci Resolve is highly valued.
• AI-Powered Production (Highly Preferred): We are actively looking for candidates who integrate AI tools to accelerate workflows and generate novel content. Experience using the following is a strong advantage:
• Runway ML (for advanced camera motion, scene expansion, and Gen-2 video-to-video capabilities).
• Pika or Hailuo AI for rapid, stylized video ideation and generation.
• Adobe Firefly for integrated image-to-video workflows directly within the Adobe suite.
• Midjourney or DALL-E for generating foundational static assets to be animated.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on professional experience in graphic design, animation, and video editing.
• A strong, accessible portfolio explicitly demonstrating the ability to transition static designs into animated and live-action video formats.
• Ability to work independently, manage project timelines effectively, and deliver high-impact visuals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to visual detail, typography, and layout composition.
