Amazon is seeking a Team Leader for its L&D team.

Essential Functions

Defining, building and owning the execution of training processes, right from Day 1 at FC
Responsible for Hiring, training and building up a highly motivated workforce to meet the operational requirements, and continuously meeting the high bar on quality and productivity
Coordinate with Operations, PXT, WFS, WHS for matters related to workforce training & Operations
Continuously improve the training process and attain a sustained level of performance standard. Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work
Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance
Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
Highly motivated & self starting
Team player, Empathetic & Goal oriented

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Speak, write, and read fluently in English
