CSA - Primary English Teacher
Purpose of Role
To deliver engaging and effective English language instruction aligned with the CBSE curriculum, developing students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and communication skills while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for language and literature.
About CS Academy
CS Academy, Coimbatore has three campuses. Two are in Kovaipudur (Main) in adjacent facilities and the third primary campus is in the heart of the city at Red Fields. Our boarding house in Kovaipudur is open for boys and girls from class IV for both CBSE and Cambridge International students. The picturesque main campus located in the foothills of the Western Ghats is ideally suited for exploring and learning

CSA - Primary English Teacher
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
- Plan and deliver English lessons for Primary grades in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Use phonics, storytelling, language games, collaborative learning, and activity-based teaching strategies to enhance language acquisition.
- Foster creativity, confidence, and communication through interactive classroom activities and literature-based learning.
- Prepare annual plans, lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources aligned with CBSE learning outcomes.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents to support continuous improvement.
- Differentiate instruction to address varying learning abilities and individual student needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning.
- Maintain effective classroom discipline and encourage respectful behaviour.
- Integrate digital learning tools and educational technology to enhance classroom instruction.
- Support students' academic, social, emotional, and communication development.
- Identify students requiring remedial or enrichment support and implement appropriate interventions.
- Encourage participation in reading programmes, assemblies, literary competitions, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with grade-level teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to enhance student learning.
- Participate in curriculum planning, professional development programmes, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
- Stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes, teaching methodologies, and best classroom practices.
