About The Role

We are looking for an EPM Specialist with strong planning and forecasting expertise and, preferably, hands-on Jedox experience to join our international team.

As an EPM Specialist, you will design, develop, and continuously improve enterprise planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions.

Working closely with Finance, Business, and IT stakeholders, you will translate complex requirements into scalable and user-friendly EPM applications. You will contribute across the full solution lifecycle—from modelling and data integration to testing, deployment, and optimization.

What You Will Do


  • Design and develop EPM solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
  • Build and enhance Jedox applications, including cubes, dimensions, business rules, Integrator/ETL processes, workflows, reports, spreadsheets, and Canvas applications.
  • Design multidimensional models for complex financial structures, hierarchies, scenarios, and planning processes.
  • Integrate enterprise data sources such as TM1/Cognos, Snowflake, relational databases, and other source systems.
  • Develop and optimize ETL processes, SQL transformations, data validation, and reconciliation logic.
  • Automate planning workflows, data refreshes, scenario simulations, and approval processes.
  • Improve application performance, scalability, usability, and operational stability.
  • Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous application improvement.
  • Contribute to advanced forecasting and AI/ML-enabled planning use cases.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support structured development and version-control practices.


What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or a related technical discipline from a recognized university.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT, enterprise applications, data, or financial systems.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with an EPM/CPM platform, preferably Jedox.
  • Strong understanding of multidimensional modelling concepts, including OLAP, cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules.
  • Experience with EPM application development, ETL, data integration, scripting, and workflow automation.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Very good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with, TM1/Cognos, Snowflake, GitLab, Anaplan, Infor, or Essbase is an advantage.

  • Work Model: On‑site, occasional travel within India and abroad.
